To begin the Online Application process, you will need to create an account in Brightwheel, our Student Management system  Upon account creation, you will receive an email containing a verification link. Once your email address has been verified, log in to your account and Create A New Student Application for your child. You will then have the flexibility to log in and out of your account and access your open application. (Please note, parent information can be edited within your account profile in Brightwheel.)

A non-refundable fee of $25 for Kingwood Montessori School must be submitted with each application. This will be billed through Brightwheel on receipt of your application.

After submitting the application, you will be able to track your admissions status at the school by logging in to your account. 

​

Prior to enrollment, you will be invited to participate in an informal interview with the head of admissions and a class level teacher.

​

Once your child has been accepted you will be sent our new student enrollment package to complete. An enrollment fee of $285 will be charged for the year.
